My little guy at 2 weeks old - next week he will be 2 years old. I'm nearly half way through my pregnancy with baby # 2, and its got me reflecting - wondering if this next one will look like Harley did, with his crazy hair!

So here I am again.. I can't believe its been a week since my last post! Harley was sick on Wednesday and stayed that way all weekend. Turns out he has a chest infection, and now we have antibiotics he is on the mend. I've still been trying to take my daily photos, but just haven't been able to post them. So here we go:

 Day 18. Something I bought. I treated myself to a Shellac pedicure last week.

 Day 19. Something sweet. Fruit salad.

Day 20. Someone you love. My poor sick little man. Every time he laid down he would cough, and not be able to sleep. So he spent most of his time on me and his dad. Bless him the little sweaty H bomb.

We are off down south tomorrow for Australia Day and the rest of the weekend with some friends. A little concerned about the hot weather that is forecast, our holiday house is not airconditioned!

My mum informed me today that I was behind with my daily photo for the Fat Mum Slim Photo a Day Challenge that I am taking part in! Thanks Mum! I was well aware that I was being a bit slack, so thanks to a little kick up the bum, here are the past 5 day's photos - which I actually did take on each given day - just didn't find the time to post them! So... here they are:

Day 13 - In My Bag. Here are the contents of my every day hand bag, emptied out. Minus a few stray sultanas.

Day 14 - What I'm Reading. I have a few magazine subscriptions. I normally receive the next month before I've finished reading the last!

Day 15 - Happiness. A soft serve icecream after a morning spent at the beach!

Day 16 - Morning. In love with this baby singlet from Melbourne brand, Fawn & Milk. Hoping to stock their winter collection at Harley and Soo.

Day 17 - Water. We saw alot of water (at the beach!) over the weekend, but today I haven't been down. So this is a bit of a boring shot. Settling in on the computer this afternoon to do some work before I go and pick the boy up, an iced water with a dash of lime.

 

So there we are, all up to date! Hope you are happy, Mum!

Yesterday's photo: Close Up. This vintage printers drawer was my christmas present from my hubby. Now to fill it up with interesting finds. More to come on this later.

'Where you sleep' was yesterday's photo for the day. This is our room. Complete with our beloved staffy Soobs sleeping on the sheepskin next to the bed!

Childhood. I never liked peas, and still don't, but my little guy loves them. This was his dinner tonight. A heap of peas on top of sweet potato mash.

Today I have been trying to get back into my normal routine, after spending nearly 3 weeks down south relaxing with family and friends. Here is my photo of the day for the Fat Mum Slim Photo a Day challenge:

Today was my usual kind of Monday. Head to the shops in the morning, grab a coffee, run a few errands, then chuck Harls in the trolley and do the weekly food shop. Harley has spent the past few weeks running free on the beach, so he didn't take too kindly to being restrained in the trolley. Back to online grocery shopping me thinks!

First day back in Perth after a lovely relaxing break, albiet much spent in bed with terrible morning sickness.

Today's topic is 'your sky'. So here is my sky, this morning, picking up our takeaway coffees and having a play at the park.

Tomorrow's topic 'Daily Routine' is so very fitting, since it is Monday, and the first day of getting back into it after 3 weeks holidays, with hubby around to help with everything. Harley is ever so slightly attached (obsessed!) with his daddy, so wish me luck!
